Education Sessions

Located in the historic Fort Worth National Historic District, Billy Bobs is the largest honky tonk in the world which automatically makes it the ultimate venue for a party! With dozens of bars, bull riding, dining, a concert hall, pool tables and of course a killer dance floor, this is the ultimate place for a true Texas experience. Guests will experience a 1 hour line dancing lesson from one of their professionals and then have free time to enjoy the bar or explore the historic Fort Worth Stockyards. Don’t miss the 4pm daily cattle drive of Longhorns that goes down the heart of the Stockyards!

Guests can dress casual for this experience. Guests can have lunch prior to departure, or enjoy lunch in the Stockyards after the line dancing lesson.

The bus will depart the hotel at 1:00pm, the class will begin at 2pm sharp, and the bus will depart the Stockyards at 4:30pm to return to the hotel.

Led by Olivia Lisbon Stancil, a passionate member of the WAI Staff and certified Zumba instructor, this high-energy session blends Latin and international rhythms with easy-to-follow dance moves for a fun, full-body workout. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or just looking to move and groove, Liv’s infectious enthusiasm will have you smiling, sweating, and ready to take on the day. All fitness levels welcome - just bring your water bottle and get ready to dance!

Each tour offers a unique behind-the-scenes look at how we operate. The evening will conclude with dinner and an opportunity to connect and network with members of the Southwest Team.

Revitalize your body, relax your mind and reduce stress with a personal flight plan to increase your strength and flexibility with an accessible practice suitable for all levels. We offer space to connect with your body, calm your mind and boost your energy. 

Together you will explore your leading edges with mindful movement and meditation. Our collective vital energy and humor fuels both practices.

Eileen’s aim is for you to leave feeling better than when you walked in.

Yoga mats will be provided.
