The 2026 Annual Women in Aviation International Conference mobile app is now available for download!

Download the app to:

  • Bookmark sessions, speakers and exhibitors to create a personal schedule.
  • Search exhibitors, speakers and sessions.
  • Email exhibitors.
  • View the overall schedule.
  • Receive update alerts.
  • Locate and bookmark exhibitors you want to visit.
  • Interact with other attendees.
  • View the exhibit hall and convention center maps.

Instructions for Apple and Android versions of the app are below. First, delete the old app if you have it on your phone.

  • Visit the App Store and Search “women in aviation”
  • Locate the blue WAI app icon.
  • Download the app and open.
  • Select the show icon to load the show app. Then click on “LOAD”.
  • Once logged in, click the “Start” button on the bottom right corner to load the Show app.

  • Visit the Google Play Store and Search for “women in aviation”
  • Scroll down past several different apps till you find blue WAI app icon.
  • Download the app and open.
  • Select the show icon to load the show app. Then click on right arrow “>” to load the show.

Login instructions for the App:
Once you have uploaded the app, click on the head silhouette (bottom center) enter your email and badge ID login credentials to access the My Planner functionality, including communication with speakers, exhibitors and other attendees.
