Volunteer
Volunteer at the 2026 Women in Aviation International Conference
Each year, over 400 volunteers help make the WAI Conference a success. Their support keeps costs low, funds scholarships, and—best of all—they have fun and meet incredible people along the way.
To volunteer, you must be registered for the day you’re volunteering. Sign up to volunteer by choosing yes to the question about volunteering during the registration process. You will receive an email with a link to the volunteer shift sign up after you complete registration. Questions? Contact our Volunteer Coordinators, Ryan Martin and Chilosha Mwansapa, at volunteer@wai.org.
